I already mentioned in one of my previous blogs that my daughter loves to pick flowers in the garden and give it to me.

Happy Mother's Day!

Mama... Mommy... Nanay... Inang... Mamita... whatever way you call your mother, don't forget to give your mom a big hug and a kiss today! Motherhood is a 24/7 profession that does not receive any monetary compensation. The hugs and kisses from the children they reared and hearing them say "I love you Mom!" are the best gift mothers would like to receive. Gifts and treats are just added bonus.

Being a mother to 3 small kids, I know the feeling when they come to me just to hug me or kiss me. Each of my kid has their way of showing their love and gratitude to us their parents.

No More Dede Milk!

My eldest is now 6 years old and will be turning 7 in a few months. But sad to say, he still drinks his milk on his feeding bottle. I have been trying to wean him since he was 3 years old. I tried all the techniques and tips I read on books and the Net. Unfortunately, none of them worked. We consider the younger siblings to be the main factor why he cannot be weaned.

Two Political Rallies in a Day

With only a week left before the 2010 Presidential Election, politicians are now maximizing their campaign sorties to convince people to vote for them. Black propagandas are thrown at each other's faces. Sad, but that is how Philippine politics is.

Similarly, it was a busy day in our neighborhood last Friday. The 2010 Presidential Election is happening in a few days. News that an actress/senator's wife who is running for a seat in the Congress and his brother-in-law who is running for the town's mayoralty position will be coming over.

A Child's Dream

I owe my children this article. October has been a very busy month with all the deadlines and Halloween preparations and activities so I was unable to post these articles. My children also held their Foundation Day program a week before the Halloween so I was really very busy preparing their costumes for both the program and Halloween.
